The story
A group-heavy business with custom banquet event orders, a growing set of properties and guests who move between them. The company needed its PMS and its sales and catering in one system, with one view of every guest.
Banff Lodging Company self-hosts Maestro’s multi-property suite in a hybrid Windows and web browser deployment: front desk and reservations, condo owner management, sales and catering, club and spa management, analytics and data mining, and yield and rate management.
Every property sits on one database, so the company runs a multi-property call center, cross-sells between its hotels and books larger groups. Guests are recognized whether they arrive with a group or on vacation, and the company reports revenue growth as each property joined.
