The story
A diverse operation: hotel rooms and condominiums of several sizes, owners who need their own statements, and seasons that change rates across every room type and every property.
Maestro’s multi-property suite, self-hosted in a hybrid Windows and browser deployment: front desk and reservations, condo owner management, sales and catering, the ResWave direct booking engine, analytics, a loyalty engine, yield and rate management, guest experience measurement and SMS texting.
Every property is managed, and its revenue maximized, on one centralized system. Staff can move between properties and be productive at once, guests are cross-sold to a sister property when one is full, and owners follow their accounts in an online portal.
Client voice
Maestro manages all our properties and maximizes revenue on one centralized system.
I would recommend Maestro PMS for any independent operator.
